A spa day dedicated to birth workers offers a much-needed chance for relaxation, rejuvenation, and self-care. As committed professionals—midwives, doulas, nurses, and other perinatal caregivers—you devote your time to offering emotional and physical support to those giving birth, frequently working long hours in challenging environments.
